Felon in Charge!

The Phoenix Center does not see a problem in continuing to employ a Felon as Development Director. Ms. Cooly pleaded guilty to taking funds from the agency she previously headed and the president of the Phoenix Center board states, ""this in no way affects our opinion of her capabilities"".
Ethics must not be a priority for the board of Phoenix Center, and that's a shame.
