Good place to grab a quick bite for lunch. We were actually the only people in the restaurant for lunch. Seems like more people opt to call their order in and take it to go. Their service was fast...

We visit Pho Vy every month or so and the food is mostly quite good. Today at lunch I was very satisfied with my favorite #16 vermicelli noodles with grilled pork and eggroll, but the service was the worst I've seen it there (and it's always so-so). This is one of our regular stops off of I-5 - a small nearly invisible place in a Lacey strip mall. But we keep going back because of the care taken with the food.
