My first impression of this restaurant was, 50% off pho?! DOWN! You don't ever get that around San Diego.. Or even in OC itself.Pros: This pho restaurant is very spacious, and opens till 3am!...

This is a decent pho place in Little Saigon. The pho is 50% off when you dine-in, but regular price if you take it to go. Sure, the regular prices are on the high side for the area, but after 50% off, you could get a large bowl for only $3.50-4. The broth is tasty, not too greasy or overpowering. The down side is a small glass of water costs 50 cents and the tables are a little sticky.

Asian business tactics 101: Make a menu where you double every item's price and then hang a banner saying 50% off so that customers feel like they are getting an $8 bowl of pho for $4 when it was really $4 all along. Unfortunately, because my mom is Asian, she can not resist a huge banner that reads 50% off XD.

Pho is real cheap here. Yeah, the service may be crapy and their bathrooms are hella dirty (as what I have heard) but them college days with my broke ass it worked for me.
