Meh. Not the best not the worst. If I go back I would not order chicken pho again. More than lonely likely won't return.

I eat here regularly, as it fills a desperate need in the somewhat-healthy-food drought of SODO. Reliable, inexpensive pho, plus a smattering of other Vietnamese dishes. Need I say more?

Tasty vietnamese food. Pho City serves unremarkable but OK Pho and a typical assortment of rice and noodle dishes. The Pho broth is average, and the spring rolls are good.
