This is one of the best Philly Steaks in town. It's a little pricey, only because they are located inside the mall, but the flavor is great. Pair with some of their fries and a drink, and you will be satisfied.

Ok, look guys (and gals,) I'm not going to lie... I've been back to Phil's in North East Mall at least 3 times since I wrote my original Yelp rating. The sandwich is just so damned good. BUT (and that's a big but) the prices are still way too high and the amount of product that is put into the sandwich is still reduced …

Pricey! I still can't wrap my head around the fact that a "large" order of french fries at $3.19 is given in a small hotdog concession-stand type food tray....
