I have no idea what this lady with the bad review is talking about I have been working with the company for years it's the only sod I will use on my jobs. They have a great price and exceptional customer service ill admit I've had a time where the sod was a little died out and didn't look its greatest but they had explained to me that they warranty the sod and they will replace it or spray for totally free. I love this company I have worked with them numerous times they have great prices and they have exceptional customer service if I have any problems I know I can defiantly depend on them to fix it. Aweful, Aweful Sod. I am so disapointed :( We had it delivered on a Monday- when it arrived at 1pm it looked completely dead. The guy assured me it was cut freshly that morning (I think it was cut before the weekend) and that the color would come right back. He said we should spray iron on it- Ummm, this should be new sod, we paid over $1500 for, why should we have to spend more money to get it looking how it should!!! We started laying it as the guy was unloading it! Well it's been 2 weeks and there are still plenty of yellow and dead spot all over our lawn. We live in a new development...
