The Scene
If the Inner Harbor is the epicenter for Baltimore tourism, and the Light Street Pavilion is the epicenter for Inner Harbor tourism, then Phillips is the epicenter of the Pavilion. The Pavilion, filled with food stalls… Read More

Once upon a time there was no better seafood to be found in Baltimore than Phillip's seafood. That ship has long since sailed. I had a couple of friends come into Baltimore so I took to Phillips. They both loved it. I have been in Baltimore for about 8 months and this was the second time to visit. Everything was very enjoyable both times, I will keep coming back

The seafood was good but my husbands fries were cold and I had a lobster bisque and there was no lobster in it. We were seated in less then 5 minutes service was good and quick and the building was presentable.
