Had paint and gutters done. They say no spot caulking, they spot caulked. They say no screwing into mortar, they screwed into mortar. Painter, who was contracted with Phillips, sprayed onto concrete, broke some siding and paint peeled the next day on a door. Was all sloppily fixed and left trash on the roof.
