Be careful with salesmen.. (as I'm sure you now know).. Those guys wrote the book on trickery. However, the courts are fair and reasonable. Their is a little something in the law called "no compensation without due benefit" or something like that. I don't think thats it exactly. However, your case will be hearsay but what the courts will due is look at what a "reasonable" person would have...
