This BBQ heaven started as a stand at the farmer's market and now has set up shop in their own restaurant. Phat Matt's serves up classic smoked BBQ using their own special rubs and sauces. Especially popular are the combination plates that allow you to sample two different kinds of their delectable meats. You can also get the meats by the pound or in a sandwich.
