Trying to order boots online and get the right size, with a few mistakes on my side, Elijah from the online department was an absolute awesome help. Ringing him from Australia and then him doing the running around for me.....what a gem.
Thanks heaps guys for all your help!!!! Will definitely be sending all my friends straight to your website to do their shopping from now on.

It's pretty bad when you go in to buy boots and you can't get a single person to help you find the boots you are looking for. Plus they were rude as hell in there. So if you have intentions on buying a pair a boots I wouldn't go here, unless you've got some kind of camo on or you drive a "my mom and dad bought me this truck so I'm country" Kind of truck. So I'll be buying my boots elsewhere.

Thank you PFI for standing behind your boots. Just exchanged a pair for my 8 year old son. The original pair just wasn't holding up and your staff was very pleasant & easy to work with.

The people at PFI are so friendly and willing to help you, I Loved It. Loved it so much I was there 3 different times over the week of Thanksgiving and ended up buying 4 pair of boots. The owner Randy is also in the store wanting to help you and after 3 days he even knew who we were. I will be back on my next visit to Springfield.
