Attempted to have my pet groomed at this location twice. Either attempt was successful. Groomer scheduled time incorrectly & upon arrival my pet was not able to be serviced. I was willing to change services to accommodate the groomers to work my baby in but they weren't willing to. I like the store. But c'mon. It's Xmas time. Your line wraps around the store in 2 s shapes and only 2 registers are open !!!! Where are your cashiers?

I shop at Michael's and at A.C. Moore because if one store doesn't have something I need, the other one does. I use the coupons on their website or in the Sunday ads and it saves me a bit of money.
