I feel that Petsmart is overpriced. Personally, I have had much difficulty with their grooming department. They do not post any prices and they never offer coupons. The people at this store were great, their customer service is awesome and they will let you return anything your animal doesn't like even if you already opened it. I will definitely go here over petco
