I want to thank the young man and lady who went out of their way and helped me at the store today when I had some problems. You were both very patient.

The employees and cashiers are always helpful and nice. I've never used the grooming services so I'm not sure about them.

Always get great customer service, get plenty of help and they always answer all my questions! Nowhere else I will shop for pet supplies!!!

I used to live here and it was a very good place! They gave me a soft place to sleep, nice food, and lots of pats on the head. I also was adopted here, so yay! I would have given it five stars if they let me out of the cage though.
