Terrible grooming experience. The store is fine though.This is a fine place to visit to purchase food, leashes, the commodity stuff that you need for your pets. But the grooming is not good....

Please do not use their grooming salon. Buy your pet toys, goldfish, pet food but please if you love your dog do not use the groomers here. They butchered my show quality miniature schnauzer's coat and nick his ear. They would not let me see my pet for hours. Thank goodness there is an inhouse vet but I couldn't pick my pet up until he had seen all the pre-booked clients. PetSmart is not the...
