You have some rude managers working here. The more heavy set, bald manager is an absolute grouch. He must have a dismal life. I watched him piss off two people before huffing and puffing to get me crickets. He just walks by people, avoiding eye contact when they are clearly flagging him down. News flash, it's your job to help others, fellow employees and customers.

For a few years we have brought our boys to the hotel while we are at a buyers show at Sands Convention Center. They stay for a couple of days and when we come get them they are mellow and not that nervous about getting outa there. They have a good time and the people that work there and so nice and answer all out questions.
