The manager, James is the rudest person. My first time dealing with him I brushed it off as I thought maybe he was having a bad day, but NO he's just rude and so unprofessional!!!

Store is well stocked almost overstocked for the space. That said this store carries most everything. :Staff is helpful, if not always knowledgeable about the various items. Depending on the time of day there can be a bit of a wait to checkout. However, when I was here I saw staff help a customer load a large fragile order into her car....in the rain! I prefer this one to G'burg almost anyday

This store is NOT even ghetto fabulous... It's just straight up hood! The staff members were helpful and actually walked me through the aisles to find the snowflakes I was looking for but I'll be damned if any of them care to run the cash registers. First, this Michaels is impossible to find and then once you are there it is tiny and cramped. Nothing is priced correctly and the under age staff has no interest in helping.
