I have a bad tempered mini Schnauzer who hates to be groomed. somehow the staff has found a way to groom him and keep him happy. Not an easy task! Would recommend to others.

unlike some other pet stores, the staff at this petsmart goes out of their way to find out what your needs are-
they make suggestions and they actually know about pets. i have 2 different breeds of dogs. the staff is able to assist me differently for each dog.
there is a lot of traffic in this store so i recommend staying away from it on weekends unless you go early in the morning.
