1 star is too good but they don't let you rate it any lower. I took 2 golden retrievers in for a bath and blow dry. Requested they be dried with hand dryer vs. cage dryer. This was a 1st trip to a groomer for these dogs and it breaks my heart to know they spent 3 hrs in a cage with hot air blowing on them, especially after being told that would not happen.
