we have been bringing our schnoodle Charlie there (Darien) for many years. Ms Katy would always do a great job on him. I just learned that Katy is no longer with Petsmart, I am very sad, need to find out where she went. If anyone knows, please let me know. thank you Sue Demilio

I will never step foot in that store again. Groomer very very rude. Manager also.We have been taking our two dog's there for 6 years and never had such a bad experience. I don't think they even like animals. Going to try petco see how they are. Really they have a new staff of groomer's and are terrible, don't put your babies in those hand's.
