Told us $32 for grooming at arrival. It was $60 when we picked up our dog. No calls informing of the price increase and really did not seem to care that they misrepresented the price. Will never use again.

. Charged several prices for same service depending on who is doing the receipts. This has happened on 3 occasions. Employees friendly but no consistency in services.

Julia Moore, groomer at the Conyers PetSmart store, is AWESOME! She was so sweet and gentle with my kitty this morning when I took her in the have a haircut...she made her look like a lioness! Go Julia!
