I took my dogs to petco for years to the grooming salon there and the last few times I took them they felt like they hadn't even had baths! I called....a lot when I was trying to make my dogs...

Terrible Petsmart. No system in place to manage inventory which leads them to always be sold out of what you want. Also no quality control. I bought a defective aquarium plant there recently that...

The ladies here do a good job but charge way too much for a basic clean and cut. I started going to Petco instead and pay half as much.
