Poor customer service, ask for help in aquatic area, waited for 15mins still no one, ask again didn't seem like she wanted to help.

I don't how PetSmart could ever get less than 5 stars. The customer service is awesome! The staff is helpful and happy to give advice. In addition, you'll never find a better supply of everything...
