We had been a regular customer prior to their brief closure in April 2016. We were always satisfied and enjoyed our experience with them. Everyone was always so friendly, reasonably priced, close to home and it was easy to get an appointment.
We had heard they reopened and decided to go back. We were disappointed that the groomer we previously saw was no longer with them, so we started seeing their most experienced groomer on staff.
Most recently, that groomer called off, so we were rescheduled to a different day and unknowingly to us, a different groomer. Unfortunately, we had a really bad experience during our last appointment and will not be returning.
My dog required emergency medical attention after her grooming appointment. She needed treatment for a laceration that resembled a wound commonly caused by clippers. The business owner has denied responsibility. I am extremely disappointed in how they have chosen to handle the situation. I feel that their response has been inappropriate, unprofessional and insensitive.
I was very pleasantly surprised with Petsburgh Dog Grooming. Heather, my groomer went above and beyond to make sure my fifteen year old lab was comfortable--usually I have problems getting her groomed --but Heather was kind and gentle and really did a fantastic job of keeping my dog in a relaxed state. The cut was excellent and the prices were fair as well. I have found my new grooming shop-- Highly recommened.
Have been to a couple other groomers in the Pittsburgh area. My .02, excellent and friendly service. Super prompt and excellent communication. These are the kinds of things that make or break...
Decided to try a local groomer. New to the area called and not having an appointment they got us in and our Princess could not be happier. She found her groomer 5 stars they do it right.
We get our dog's nails trimmed here. It is extremely affordable & they are very fast. Plus they can deal with my diva chihuahua, he can be a bit much.
