Do not buy from petland I brought a puppy on 12/24/12 he passed away several days later they refuse to refund my money and i was within contract the managers and owner is horrible

Friendly, knowledgeable workers. Don't be alarmed if you see little lizards running around loose. It's their in house pest control to catch roaming crickets.

The employees at this store are NOT on the same page, as I found and fell in love with a cat there, go to fill out paper work and they tell me it is taken. I had called and bee in the store twice and even made all the arrangements to bring the kitten home in a few days. This is the most saddening thing when you fall in love with an animal and they tell you oh whoops!
