His staff is rude, no empathy for someone in trouble; when asked Amanda why they don't hv an emergency # she said "we do, it's called 911" as I was crying with fear of dr.' s diag of Parkinson's. and then I asked for an appt ASAP that I was having Suicidal thots she said "we don't do that" and said to call my primary care dr...my appt was set for 3 wks. And yes, the doctor knew the calls were...
