Worst customer service ever! I live over 45 minutes away called to make sure I could return something I had bought at that store and I was told I could. I get there and Kevin the pet manager says I can't and is extremely rude. Never had such poor customer service ever.

DO NOT use the dog groomers unless you want your dog to look like a gremlin after they are done using a weed wacker on the poor thing!!!!

Went to petco to buy a harness. Brought the dog, they helped us try it on and were very friendly and nice. We will go back anytime. We may even try the dog grooming as they were very professional looking and well staffed.

Top of the line!!! Associates all care about the animals and human customers as well. Always get a smile and they are willing to answer any question you have. You can always find someone around to help. I'll go to this store any day and highly recommend it for all your pet care needs.
