I emailed my order and received an automated confirmation but no one ever emailed or called to confirm that there were no issues with the files or that the print job was complete.
I wanted to share how much I appreciated the work of your employee BEN from fedex office 2597 on route 9. He was able to print an important poster for a key conference in 14 hours with a queue of 4 poster ahead of me! I did the dropoff at 5pm and I picked it up at 7am.
