Do not use their grooming department! I wanted to leave no stars highlighted, but it would not permit me to do that. Very unorganized, Kept my dog 11 hours and still was not ready to go after my third time back to pick him up. As other customers picked up their dogs their appts were for 4 hours later than mine and their dogs were ready to go. I had ordered the extra spa package and dog did not...
