Lindsay the grooming manager in longview wa is horribly unprofessional and lied from the start about the services and my dog. MAKING diagnoses that were completely false, also accusing me of neglect, and she had absolutely no training or legal right to make that kind of diagnosis/statement. the grooming salon has gotten so much better! the new management in there really loves what they do and the dogs seem a lot more happy. i brought my standard poodle in and the new salon manager worked with him, he looked so amazing ive never seen him look better! what a remarkable turn around i would recommend anyone to go there and talk to them about your dog, they have some real quality work...

The employee's at this store are very helpful and are always willing to help you.the pet's cages are kept very clean and very well took care of, and this is a big plus in my book. I will be telling all my friends that this is the best pet store to go to.
