Unsatifactory! I am a military Service member stationed in the middle east and took the time and effort to go online and order my wife flowers for our anniversary from this business. MISTAKE!! They were supposed to be delivered to her office and because the driver had an expired vehicle registration and could not get to where my wife worked, my wife had to GO PICK UP HER OWN ANNIVERSARY FLOWERS...
