Pet Warehouse

Meh.

Some of the people there are nice, but the kid that looks 14 and acts like he owns the store (he wasn't wearing a name tag) was extremely rude and called me a liar when I tried to return something after I had lost the receipt. Not to mention their poor care of the animals they sell. Go somewhere else if you can.

Rude Staff

Will not shop here again. We were in on Saturday to look at guinea pigs and could only find one lady to help us. She was extremely rude, did not seem to want to show us any. She said we could not hold them unless we were going to buy them. This was the same lady who helped us six days earlier and let us hold them and never said we had to purchase them. We left, went to PetCo and bought one there.

we walked into this pet warehouse with the intention of purchasing another sugar glider, we had one previously from a breeder. We asked if they had sugar gliders and were pointed to a small bird cage in which the animal was supposedly sleeping. It was in a ferret tube made of cloth, fleece is the only safe fabric for these animals. I told them so in hopes of them keeping their animals safer in...
