When looking uo the phone number...I noticed a very poor rating. Evry one can have a bad experience dor a number of reasons...but my dog was in surgery for 5 hrs and doing poorly. They saved her life. Later, I found out, that they even had a prayer hot line going for her ! ZOE is now a very active 3 yr old Newfy...and I owe it all to their wonderful care and their thoughtful prayer phone calls...
