For the poster that mentioned it being rude that they did not get a call back; they are closed on Mondays. That is one if their days off. I know because my two dogs go there. Both my dogs, Max and Blitz act like they've been at a spa when we pick them up. The owners are very sweet and courteous. The grooming on my normally shaggy dog is great. I have a 140# and 100# dog. They love it there. Everyone gets a day off. :) Even on Mondays.
I called Pet Haven on a Monday during business hours at 3 PM, there was no answer and i did not leave a message. But they did return my call .... at 7:48 AM Tuesday !!!! How inconsiderate can you be? I urge you to use a clock !!! Dog owners please take your beloved pet somewhere that understands the concept of running a good business.
This cat was matted and customer was told of the urine burns on the animals...didn't even let us know that there was an issue...we don't use hot blades on animals and take of them as they are our own.

I have used Pet Haven for a long time first with my two dogs then my cats. I took my cats in and have been ok with how they looked but the last time they burned my cat so bad I had to take him to a Vet for treatment on his skin. I would not go back there ever again.
The owners are personable as well as the staff. They offer incredible food for our large dog. Pet Haven has even taken special requests to suit our needs. This shop really does go above and beyond to meet our expectations! Thank you Pet Haven for offering superior service to pet owners and the best products for our pet.
This place is run by a very friendly group. The first time I took my little guy there we ran into two other people who raved about Pet Haven. Apparently they keep long-term customers, which is important to know when trusting them with your pet's care. I called on a Saturday morning and was able to get his haircut that same day!
