I have brought my pet to the Pet Estates several times. Each time I paid more than I had anticipated/budgeted. There were a few things I was surprised about. First, the basic rooms the dogs stay in are not that nice for what you are paying for!! Secondly, the owners never seem to talk - you call to make a reservation and it seems they are unclear how long your pet will be staying, and...
