I love that they are open until 7 PM. A worker, when he is finished sweeping all before, came out into the waiting room and got down on the floor to pet my dog and keep them entertained while I finished up my transaction. This is greatly appreciated. The young lady and who rang upmy transaction was super nice.

The staff is also so friendly and fast to answer any questions I have. They don't mind when I call to check up on my dogs during boarding. They really enjoy working with animals! They go above and beyond to make sure our four legged friends are comfortable and healthy!
