Donna and her staff at Pet Connection are SUPER! I have children and she is so patient and kind to them and you can really see how she cares for her animals. She is willing to go out of her way to assist you with your questions and is a great help in the community by talking to schools and childrens groups. i love this place!!! the owner is wonderful. and i don't know who left the bad review or why she felt that way. the people at the shop are extremely knowledgable and helpful. I was there and saw the owner help a woman who had caught a lizard down south and brought it in for information on how to care for it. I think you should at least visit before making an opinion.

This shop carries exotics, including sugar gliders. The animals are kept in innapropriate caging, and the shop obviously does not know how to care for these animals correctly... let alone tell a consumer the correct care of these animals!! BOOOO!!!
