I believe Perry Homes are one of the best builders in Utah and have been bringing value to communities and neighborhoods thru-out Utah for more than 35 years. They build a nice home and have some good floor plans. I highly recommend buying a Perry Home!

I've been living in a Hawthorne model for a little more than 10 years. They're terribly disorganized. Didn't keep track of what options we wanted. Forgot to put in a few options. Did not show up...

First storm of the spring and my yard is flooded and my basement is taking on water from the homes behind me. Not impressed one bit!!

Just watched KUTV News tonight. Perry Homes promised a "park" so people would purchase. Now Perry is taking advantage of the buyers. BUYER BEWARE!
