I had countless issues with the work performed by Potter/Perrone. Their quality is sub par and staff is EXTREMELY unprofessional. When I called to talk to a manager regarding my issues, he stated "you are just one of those Hillary Clinton types who have work done and don't expect to pay anything". I would never refer Potter/Perrone and hope that this sways you to use another service.

They have helped in both HVAC and plumbing situations. Everything from emergencies, to remodeling, to standard maintenance. I highly recommend them.
We just had our faucet and garbage disposal changed out. Mark did a great job and no more leaks! He was here 2 hours from start to finish which I think is amazing since he actually had to cut the old garbage disposal off because it rusted to the sink. We are very pleased with the work that was done.
On a scale of one to ten, they get a ten. They did everything they said they would, the price was fair, and I was more than pleased.
Terrible !!! Waited 1 month for service,4 different people there to try and solve a problem that was solved in 10 minutes by someone who knew what he was doing!!
