Prescribed medication without checking patient's current medications and caused a reaction which could have been very severe. This should never happen.

My wife had ECV with Dr. Scearce today. We've been desperately upset after unsuccessful ECV a week ago with another doctor, and exhausted after a month of various attempts to flip our breech baby. And although procedure is painful and a even shocking for unprepared witness, it was done in so much professional way! We couldn't believe we've got our breech baby turned upside down to right...
