I should of payed attention to the reviews I have seen on other websites about this place. To backtrack, on April 2014, I was involved in a collision accident which I was not at fault. I took my vehicle into Perillo Collision Center since I have done work at Perillo BMW before and my two people (Alex and Brad) were great, so I decided this would be the ideal place. Well, I was so wrong. To this date, I still do not have my vehicle back, Jay, the general manager, does not take accountability for his actions. He claims that the delays are based on the nature of the accident, but what he fails to comprehend is that if he started my vehicle when he was supposed to start it, all these issues would of been found in a timely manner. Now, Perillo BMW has my vehicle and is trying to fix all the issues that Jay's mechanic could not fix in his own shop. Jay fails to meet any expectations and under promises and under delivers. He claims that he never gave me any time frame but in the beginning he gave me bogus estimated times of completion, went to a trip, and promised when he came back it would be done but was never completed, also claims he is taking care of me, when he has done nothing, I am on a s@!%!y Mustang GT that Enterprise has given me, and want my vehicle back. He has had plenty of time to get it done, and because of his negligence the repairs are not done. I advised him I will not be paying for anything other then my deductible, and at this point, I shouldn't even have to pay for that either. He claimed he was going to talk to Joe Perillo two days ago, but guess what? I still haven't heard about his "talk" with Joe Perillo. Why should I be chasing Jay around when he has my vehicle, he should be calling me, giving me what I requested, and moving on from that experience. & Jay, just so you know, I did not threaten to coerce with social media, this is my right, as the consumer, to report my experience to the world so that they do not go through the same thing I have gone through. Take ownership of this situation, get it fixed, give me what I want, and I will consider returning to Perillo. I have brought a huge customer base to Perillo based on my experiences with the dealership, but at this point, you have crushed everything. I will be posting this on Perillo BMW as well since they have my vehicle now, this isn't just collision center anymore, this is the dealerships problem as well. I will be waiting for an email with your talk with "Joe", as well as your response to my request.
