As the owner of Perfect Paws, I was perplexed to see this review. Unfortunately, I was never made aware that anyone's pet was injured at my salon. Accidents do happen, and if they do its our policy to inform the client and proper action is taken. I was never informed by any of my groomers or any client, before or after the fact, of this incident. Please read the rest of our 5 star reviews. 80%...

I took my dog here as they did an AWFUL job AND hurt my dog. The cut is really uneven. They cut my dogs ear then glued it (which is bad to do). Then they said my dog came in with a hurt eye, but she didn't. And when we took her to the vet, the vet said a razor cut her eye. There is a huge corneal ulcer almost as big as her whole eye. This place is crap. Spend a little more money and go...
