My apartment is great! It's a one bedroom but it's spacious, clean, and walking distance from where I work and from grocery stores.

PepperTree is a very nice apartment complex. I never have problems with loud neighbors. It was a very quiet complex, and I definitely feel safe here. The ladies who work in the front office are very nice and helpful. If I make a maintenance request, it is handled quickly. My only suggestion for PepperTree is to have assigned parking.

the apartment is quite spacious but really could use some renovation. the location is great and i believe that's how they're able to charge so much for their apartments. the complex right next door (ansley walk) charges about the same for an apartment that's up to date peppertree shouldn't be allowed to charge that much for apartments that have visible painted over wall paper. carpet needs...

Loved living here. I lived here for several years, and never had an issue. Whenever stuff would break or go out, maintenance was really quick to take care of it. Ac stopped one night, and maintenance even came out at night to take care of it. The office staff is really nice. They are always doing giveaways and throwing resident events. I especially love the big crawfish boils and bbq's. ...

absolutely horrible

While it used to be a great place to live, lately it has gotten unbelievably out of control. It feels like we are living in the 'hood'. Not recommended as a safe place to raise or bring children. Appliances are outdated. Fixtures are cheap.
