Help us make it rightTerrible. Everything imaginable has gone wrong here, from water heater leak that took a week to fix to a refridgerator that has not worked right in a year. Beth is nice, but if you have a problem you are on your own.
The office manager blows! She's rude, doesn't return phone calls, doesn't answer the phone. The place is loud and filled with a bunch of sketchy people. All of the appliances are from like 1970 and will stop working at one point or another, at that point they will send you a dirty gross maintenance man who smells like he hasn't showered in a week.
I live here and I must say that there is nothing wrong here. Its a little older than most, but its a good place to live. I mean the only complaint I have is the neighbors upstairs, making constant pounding noises and stomping around, but thats it. A very well put together place, the manager is very nice. I have no problems.
Manager (Beth) was not very kind. Didn't really know how to sell or to talk to people.
Very close to campus. Majority of residents are college age students. Can be loud at times. Not a place for a family.
