Tons to choose from...ghost pepper, habanero, and "nasal napalm"(horseradish). They have lots of rubs and seasonings. Not everything is super hot. I had to practically drag my husband out!

We discovered the Pepper palace on our honeymoon trip to Gatlinburg. They have a great selection of hot sauces, salsas, and pepper themed merchandise as well as seasonings and dry rubs of various kinds. The staff is helpful and the prices are reasonable. They have just about everything that has anything to do with heat. More hot sauces than I've ever seen at one time. You can sample many items. Hidden away on an upper floor in the mall, when you discover it you just say "Go on honey, I'm going to be in here about an hour."
