True Mexican, not Tex-Mex. I'm not a fan of true Mexican. Tomatilla salsa and avocado sauce (tomatilla salsa with avocado blended in) along with sweet tomato sauce on top of enchiladas was not appetizing.

This is an excellent Mexican restaurant in campus corner in Norman. Run by Emelio from the state of Guerra, Mexico, Pepe's cooks up authention regional dishes. Great fish tacos, sopas, salads of various types, as well as a great bar. Excellent service and hours. Conveniently located within the Campus Corner area. I can be on a diet and can still find something that is good, and good for me. Food is not typical "Tex Mex" and is not greasy. Great date location.
