THEY ARE SO NICE!! They were very helpful and didn't make me feel dumb just because I'm a girl who doesn't know anything about cars. Also they couldn't find anything significantly wrong with my car so they didn't charge me, which was super great. I've been to other car places in Springfield but this is by far the best! My friends and I have all had our cars worked on there with no issues.
I went in to the parts counter, and was EXTREMELY, EXTREMELY detailed, as to the make, model, year, motor, liter's, and accessories. The mutton head kid, gave me the wrong damn belt./ NOW? as I sit here, 9 miles from the Store, my truck taken down, and my Wife at work? I have to take MORE of my time, go back, after I drop her at work, fix my truck, and then, drive 40 miles round trip to pick...
Made an appointment online... Showed up and stood there 5+ mins with the workers head down... Didn't say hello or even acknowledge I was standing there. This isn't the first time I've been ignored (but if my husband is here, they are on top of everything). Gotta love a car place thinks women are inferior or don't know anything.

Very bad service, no one is here all bays empty but one, and we are sitting and waiting, and waiting, guys working here are sitting around talking, laughing and our tires are just sitting there, not being put on rims. Wow awful customer service, my first and last time coming to Pepboys. I see now why there is no one here!
If you are hard of hearing and try to get a quote via email don't try... they pass the buck so much that its all warn out by the time you get frustrated.
