Horrible. Should have read previous review. Zero sense of helping the customer. Needed 2 fuses replaced on a 2002 expedition. .. they couldn't find fuse box. Seriously? Lol. Ineptitude is bad...

Horrible people at this store. Manager is clueless like the rest of the staff. This is why I go to the dealership. I may pay more but at least they have the correct training and know what they are doing unlike these clowns who may as well throw a dart at a board and see if they can figure out what you want.
Thanks again for proving my point that this location is still horrible 10 years after my...
