Like it but sometimes they rip u off. They did to me. The filters they supposedly changed to new ones made my a/c bad. My car a/c is not working good at all anymore ever since they changed it. Tried on them to fix the problem but they are charging me $450.00. Why should i pay since they are the ones who broke it.

I have had a few problems and was told that pep boys was not the place to go as they are always closing and opening, but I decided to go and see for myself. All i can say is pep boys have now got a good management team in place with some really great staff members that know there stuff. I have taken two of my vehicles there and they fixied both with no problems. So trust them I dealt with Sandra and I think the mechanic was John and he is really knows his way around a vehicle.
