pep boys usually is very good.. but I was really surprised today. maybe its just that one guy!!!. I gave my car for Wheel alignment today after fixing an appt for 10 am.. My friends car battery died in a parking lot right near here. We couldn't find anyone with jumper cables so we walked to pep boys and asked for help. They drove to her car with a jump box and got it started back up--for free. We were 40 mins from home so they really saved our butts. They were nice and a huge help!!!
